He talks about his journey from athlete to entrepreneur and the challenges of finding his groove while pursuing new endeavors (like climbing Mount Whitney).
At first, developing a work-life balance was hard. But over time, he found ways to set aside much-needed time for family and calm amidst the hustle and bustle of running his own business. It came down to defining what he hoped to accomplish and then looking at what the practical steps were to move toward those end goals. By finding a balance between hope and possibility and staying true to a growth mindset, he developed a structure that worked for him.
